Active Count and Re-Ranking [ALL TROOPS MUST COMMENT]

Hello, Cabin Defenders! Recently, WordPress glitched and caused our WHOLE ranks page to be wiped out. I’ve made the page look better now, but I do not have the names of everyone in their army, and their ranks. This means I will have to do an active count, which ALL troops will have to comment on.
